Baked Bream on Tomatoes

- 1 bream.
- 5 large ripe red tomatoes, quartered.
- Cherry tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise.
- 1/2 hot green pepper.
- 1 teaspoon of ground pepper.
- 1 teaspoon of Atlantic sea salt.
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 2 thinly sliced garlic cloves.
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 250°C. Place the tomatoes in a heatproof dish or on a metal baking tray, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and two tablespoons of olive oil, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
The tomatoes should be slightly golden. Remove the fish from the oven, place the fish on the tomatoes, and make a deep incision along its length, reaching the head.
Fill the fish's incision with slices of garlic. Sprinkle the fish with salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Then, place it in the preheated oven (250°C) for 16 minutes.
After 16 minutes, check if the fish's flesh has separated from the head. Take it out of the oven, drizzle it with white tahini, and serve immediately.
