Julia Zaher continued the rich history of Al Arz after the death of Assad Zaher. Under her leadership, the company expanded its influence both in the Israeli market and internationally, undoubtedly recording significant sales growth. In 2022, Julia Zaher was awarded the Hugo Ramniceanu Prize in Economics by Tel Aviv University, recognizing her entrepreneurship and commitment.
