Respecting your rights and complying with applicable law, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), we are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of the personal data you provide.
3. Transolutions Łukasz Abramek, as the Data Controller, has appointed Łukasz Abramek as the Data Protection Officer.

5. In the online store, we collect the following personal data:
– Name and surname – when placing an order, you will be asked to provide your name and surname so we can process your order and contact you.
– Home address – necessary for the fulfillment of orders through the delivery of your ordered product.
– Phone number – sometimes we may call you to confirm your order or in case of unexpected events (e.g., product unavailability), while proposing the best solution.
– Email address – we send you an order confirmation and contact you if necessary regarding the fulfillment of your order. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will also send you commercial information once or twice a month.
– NIP (Tax Identification Number) – we collect this from entrepreneurs or individuals requesting an invoice and possessing a NIP number.
– IP address of the device – general connection information such as IP address (and other details contained in system logs) is used by the online store administrator for technical purposes. IP addresses may also be used for statistical purposes, especially to gather general demographic information (e.g., about the region from which the connection originates).

- file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,
- file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,
- object or withdraw consent.

16. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of the generally applicable law apply. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the above-mentioned regulations, the latter take precedence.
