The raw sesame is washed in clean water and peeled, then it undergoes a roasting process at different temperatures. This unique process enhances the flavor and shelf life of the product. The roasted sesame is gradually ground into various textures using traditional millstones, while maintaining a low temperature and controlled pace, which helps preserve the original nutritional values of the seeds.
