Dark chocolate with nuts and tahini! Who said that you can't make wonderful chocolate bars at home? Noa Levi offers an especially sweet recipe that serves as a wonderful treat, snack, or dessert. In any case, it quickly disappears!
Ingredients: (pan size 20×30 cm)
- 225 grams cocoa paste
- 150 grams cocoa butter
- 100 grams maple syrup
- 60 grams roasted Brazil nuts, finely chopped
- 30 grams whole sesame seeds
- 40 grams Al Arz Tahini
Preparation:
At least 4 hours before serving, place the cocoa paste and cocoa butter in an ovenproof dish. Melt the paste over a pot of boiling water. Add maple syrup and stir.
Remove from heat and leave to cool for 5 minutes. Add Brazil nuts and sesame seeds to the chocolate and mix. Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
Grease the pan lightly, pour in the mixture, and flatten with a spoon or the back of a knife. Sprinkle tahini on top and create a marble pattern on the mixture using a toothpick or stick.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Cut into pieces of the desired size.
