Roasted Cauliflower Florets with Tahini
Baked cauliflower florets with tahini are a delicious snack that can be easily prepared in minutes and served as a light snack or a mood-boosting addition to any meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower, divided into florets
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Tahini dip:
- 1/3 cup tahini Al Arz
- 1/4 cup water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- (or to taste) 2-3 crushed garlic cloves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
Dip the cauliflower florets into boiling water for about 5 minutes and drain. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cauliflower florets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and ground black pepper, and bake for about 30 minutes until golden. Prepare the tahini dip: mix raw tahini, water, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl until smooth and relatively runny. Transfer the cauliflower to a bowl, drizzle with tahini, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
