Tahini Latte

Tahini Latte. Here's a recipe for a delicious and healthy drink made with tahini known as 'Tahini Latte

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons tahini paste
1 cup milk (can be cow's milk or plant-based, such as almond or soy milk)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on your sweetness preference)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for extra flavor)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for aroma)
A pinch of salt (optional, to enhance the flavor)

Instructions:

Heat the milk on the stove or in the microwave until hot but not boiling.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, place the tahini and, if using, add honey or maple syrup. You can also add cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
Pour the hot milk into the bowl with tahini and other ingredients. Mix well to achieve a smooth consistency.
You can use an immersion blender or a regular blender to mix the drink thoroughly and achieve a creamy texture.
Pour the drink into a mug and serve immediately. If you like, you can sprinkle additional cinnamon or tahini topping on top.

This Tahini Latte is the perfect drink to warm up on cooler days and is a delicious alternative to traditional coffee or tea. Tahini gives it a creamy texture and a light, nutty taste.
