Tahini Balls with Chocolate

Here's a simple recipe for a delicious tahini dessert!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of tahini
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup cocoa
½ tsp vanilla extract
Almond flakes or coconut for coating

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the tahini, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
Place the mixture in the freezer or refrigerator for a few minutes to make it easier to form.
After chilling, remove the mixture and form small balls about the size of a walnut.
Roll each ball in almond flakes or shredded coconut to give it additional texture and flavor.
Store the balls in the refrigerator for about an hour to harden.
