In accordance with the highest standards of service quality, in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (‘GDPR'), we inform you that:

Purposes and legal grounds for collecting and processing personal data.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of:

  1. performing the contract, or taking steps necessary to conclude the contract, e.g., telephone or email contact to send an offer, arrange a service date, cancel or change the service date (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  2. marketing of products and services offered by the Data Administrator using electronic communication methods (email, phone, SMS), upon separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
  3. indicated in legal provisions (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
  4. for the purposes of claiming or defending the Data Administrator's rights (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data retention periods.

Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą:

  1. in case of processing for the purpose of performing the contract – until the expiration of claims arising from it;
  2. in case of marketing activities covered by the consent statement – until it is withdrawn.

Additional information.

  1. The Data Administrator does not disclose or transfer data to third countries/international organizations.
  2. Your data is not subject to profiling.
  3. You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  4. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  5. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract.
